for the Provision of Educational Services

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer (public offer agreement) by Individual Entrepreneur Voronetsa Anna (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to conclude an agreement for the provision of educational services under the terms set forth below, in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of online educational services (language courses, individual and group lessons, trainings, consultations) published on the website:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.3. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded at the moment the Customer makes payment for the selected service or confirms registration for a course via the Website.
1.4. Acceptance of this Offer shall be deemed to occur upon full or partial payment for the services, placing an order, or any other action confirming the intention to receive the services.
2. Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Service Provider — Individual Entrepreneur Voronetsa Anna, providing educational services.

Customer — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this Offer.

Services — online educational services (courses, lessons, trainings).

Order — a service request submitted via the Website.

Payment System — the Portmone payment processing service.
2.1. The following documents constitute an integral part of this Agreement:

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider has the right to:
-
amend the terms of this Offer by publishing an updated version on the Website;
-
change the class schedule with prior notice to the Customer;
-
refuse to provide services in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
The Service Provider undertakes to:
-
provide services of proper quality;
-
comply with the announced schedule;
-
ensure access to online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
3.2. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
The Customer has the right to:
-
receive complete information about the services;
-
demand proper provision of the services.
The Customer undertakes to:
-
provide accurate and up-to-date contact information;
-
make timely payment for the services;
-
comply with the rules of conduct during classes.
4. Prices and Payment Procedure
4.1. Current prices for the services are published on the Website.
4.2. Payments are made online via the Portmone payment system.
4.3. Unless otherwise specified by special terms, the Customer shall pay 100% of the service cost.
4.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. The new prices apply to orders placed after their publication.
5. Provision of Services
5.1. Services are provided online via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms.
5.2. The duration and schedule of classes are determined according to the timetable published on the Website.
5.3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the technical capability to participate in classes (internet connection, device, platform access).
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1. The Service Provider guarantees that the services will be provided in accordance with the descriptions published on the Website.
6.2. Claims must be submitted in writing within 3 business days from the date the grounds for the claim arise, to the following email address:

6.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

technical failures caused by third parties;
-
the Customer’s lack of internet connection;
-
indirect damages or lost profits.
7. Refunds and Withdrawal from Services
7.1. Refunds are possible in the following cases:
-
duplicate payment;
-
technical impossibility to provide the service due to the fault of the Service Provider;
-
cancellation of the course by the Service Provider.
7.2. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method as the original payment, within 14 business days.
7.3. After the course has started, refunds are possible only for classes that were not actually provided.
7.4. No refunds are provided for individually developed programs or materials.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. The Service Provider ensures the protection of personal data.
8.3. Detailed provisions are set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to perform obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, technical failures, or decisions of public authorities.
9.2. The Party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other Party accordingly.
10. Term of the Agreement
10.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains valid until full performance of the obligations.
10.2. The Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the Parties or in cases provided for by applicable law.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
11.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be subject to consideration by the courts of Ukraine.
11.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

13. Final Provisions
13.1. The Service Provider has the right to amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the Website.
13.2. The electronic form of this Agreement is legally equivalent to its written form.
13.3. By accepting this Offer, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to all its terms.
