In compliance with Ukrainian banking security standards and Portmone payment system requirements:

  • Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed through the Portmone payment gateway.

  • No Storage of Card Data: Colibri School does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or expiry dates. This data is handled exclusively by Portmone under PCI DSS standards.

  • Transaction Info: We only receive a confirmation of payment and a unique transaction ID from Portmone to activate your access to the courses.

4. Purposes of Processing 

  • Registration and identification of the user on the platform.

  • Processing payments for educational services via Portmone.

  • Sending technical notifications and marketing materials (with consent).

  • Improving the quality of the "Colibri School" educational content.

  • We support multiple payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PROSTIR, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via the Portmone secure gateway.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Ukraine Law & GDPR)

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and GDPR, you have the right:

  1. To know about the sources of collection and location of your personal data.

  2. To access your personal data.

  3. To object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

  4. To request rectification or destruction of your data if it is processed illegally or is inaccurate.

  5. To withdraw consent at any time.

  6. To lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

6. Data Storage and Transfer

  • Location: Personal data is stored on secure servers. Data may be transferred to third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) strictly for the fulfillment of the contract.

  • Duration: Data is stored for the period necessary to provide services and as required by Ukrainian law for financial reporting (typically 3 years).
