1. Refund Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Therefore, we have established a clear "First Lesson" evaluation rule:

Full Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund after attending or viewing the first (1st) lesson if the course does not meet your needs.

No Refund Policy: Once you have accessed or attended the second (2nd) lesson, the service is considered "used" in its entirety under Ukrainian digital commerce standards. No refunds will be granted after the second lesson has been accessed.
2. Refund Procedure via Portmone

Application: Send a refund request to info@colibrischool.net including your order number and the Portmone transaction receipt.

Method of Return: Refunds are processed strictly to the original bank card used for the purchase. This is a requirement of the Portmone system and Ukrainian anti-money laundering regulations.

Timeline: After approval, the refund is initiated within 3-5 business days. The actual arrival of funds depends on your bank's processing speed.
