By using our services, purchasing any course, or booking a session through the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Colibri School provides online educational services, language lessons, and training sessions available via the website or third-party online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
The full list of available services, schedules, and prices is displayed on the Site.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Tranzzo, a licensed payment service provider.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction under these Terms.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds or rescheduling are subject to our Refund Policy.
Customers may request a refund in cases of double payment, service unavailability, or technical issues preventing participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, force majeure, or third-party technical issues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be settled by competent Ukrainian courts.
